but I can’t just force myself to laugh.
I laugh with my daughter and my husband. I watch funny movies and read hilarious books.
I’m actually not sure how to increase laughing on a regular basis.
I just feel the need to laugh more because everything seems so damn serious right now.
SIGH

When I need a goal about laughing more it probably means I’m not completely happy b/c I am naturally smiling and happy. I was laid off 6 months ago and the laughs came more frequently as the time passed. It’s evident I worked in a negative environment and I am so happy to be “FREE” and happy and laughing again! Now, if I could just find a happy job… ;)

Dane Cook is really helping me with this goal cause hes the awesomeness. Yeah, I’m progressing cause I’ve been laughing a lot. This is why people should get out more (:
If you do funny things in class it’ll make people laugh resulting in you laughing to. Well thats what its like for me :D

I’ve been doing some good LOLing today when my good friend came over. We were watching funny videos, joking, chatting…
I’ve been doing more screaming/hiding under my covers then laughing though because there were a lot of scary things my friend and I watched.
Tomorrow I’ll be sure to LMFAO.

punketta is so very, extremely joyous that she should be shimmering
Today in art I laughed so hard I almost cried. I forget what it was about, but I guess that doesn’t really matter. What matters to me is that for those couple minutes I couldn’t stop laughing!
Later on today, I sneezed. Well it was sort of a sneeze, it was going on the AHHHHHHH, but stopped as I went to the CHO! part. so basically it sounded like AHHHHHHHHHHHH chiewwww… my CHO sounded like a man from the fourties trying to seduce a girl.
(longest description of a sneeze…EVER!:)
Anyways, after that I laughed so hard I could hardly stand. After I was done, with tears of happiness in my eyes, I looked around and everything seemed like it was going to be all right.
Whoever said laughter is the greatest medicine was spot on.

Now that I’m back with my class mates, I laugh a lot. They are seriously some of the funniest people I know.
I’ve never really been a serious person. I laugh at myself a lot, and I can find a humorous side to most everything. Still, I feel like I don’t laugh enough.

“to be able to laugh at everything and to laugh sincerely is a gift.. to understand that even if one has a problem one can still relax, enjoy a friend’s company or spend time with family and just plain laugh.. to be silly once in a while and to just accept that you made a mistake but is excited to know that you can still make it right.. to believe that no matter what happens, you still have tomorrow to make up for today.. life is a choice and i choose to laugh rather than sit by the corner and cry.. it feels good to cry but better to laugh.. after all, laughter is still the best medicine..”

I love to laugh, and I will, but what I REALLY want to do is laugh so hard I’m gasping for air. When I was younger, this happened at least three times a week, but now it rarely does.
I know only two people that can make me laugh until I cry. Coolest guys in teh world. The others just aren’t that funny…
I was watching Dane Cook and I laughed pretty hard a couple times…plus!
