I’ve been doing this since a little before Christmas and it really hasn’t been hard at all. At first, I noticed how much healthier I felt, but now I think my body is getting used to it and is settling in to it.
I’m going to continue doing this because I have a lot more reasons to continue with it now than I did when I first started. Although, I am going to tweak it a little bit and make sure I am not being a “carb-atarian” and that I actually eat enough vegetables and get enough protein everyday. 14 months ago
