do my job well

My next goal to work on is doing my job well.

Although I still feel like I could show more initiave and do a whole lot better, I heard that my boss had praised me and my co-worker, who is also a trainee.

That really means a lot. At least I’m doing something right!

I’m getting better. I know almost everything there is to know about working with customers right now.

Still, I’m fairly insecure when it comes to things I’ve never done before or have done only once or twice – like the closing up -cleaning. I’m still confused about in which order I have to do things.

Nevertheless, I’m getting better :)

I’m a full time student, but for the summer I’m working in a fast food restaurant. It’s surprisingly difficult both mentally and physically. There are all those little rules you have to remember and you rarely get any praise if you do your job well.

Yesterday was my first day. I think I did ok – not perfectly, but I think that’s acceptable.
Nevertheless, I’m trying to learn as quickly as possible.

If all our e-newsletter recipients noticed was our company president’s and my picture, then that means either the newsletter wasn’t good enough, or my boss and I are total hotties. I’M PRETTY SURE IT’S THE LATTER, BUT I’M REDESIGNING THE NEWSLETTER, ANYWAY.
