79kg! Yes, I am soooo very happy about my progress in this goal. I owe it all to the carrots and my growing obsession of them. Tasty and low in calories. That and of course, you probably won’t be able to believe it, I’ve started a exercise routine. Small one of course, but you know baby steps. Yes, me, exercising. I can hardly believe it myself. Oh well, next weigh in is Monday, so fingers crossed. 10 months ago


CloudnightlyWell, who can say if it's good o bad

I’ve had to change a lot of things lately, for health reasons. What started as a cold lead on for three weeks and nearly landed me in the hospital. Mainly three things caused this, my inability to eat anything, over working my self and not taking care of myself as usual.

So the result? Lost about 4kg a week. Which is great if you don’t consider the toll it took on me. My concerns now is putting that weight back on, now that I can keep solid food down. 11 months ago

Cloudnightly2kg!

Well last week I began by only eating yogurt with a chopped up bannana in the mornings. Well I lost two kg so I’m pretty happy about that. Last weigh in was 85kg. Not great but it means I’ve lost a total of 15kg since November! Diet of healthy eating seriously suffered this weekend because of eating at work with all the double shifts. But it’s Teusday and I still haven’t been able to get back to eating the yogurt. Hopefully tomorrow will go better. 13 months ago

Right I seem to be at the loose 5kg, gain 5kg, loose 5kg and gain it again stage. Right now I’m on the oh hell I just picked up that 5kg that I lost side. Someone give me a wall to hit my head against. 14 months ago

I’ve decided to kick start things off as lightly as possible. That way I might actually try…anyways I’ve decided to go with one 30min workout a week. I know, it’s not much but then again it doesn’t take much to put me off. So yeah…let’s hope this works. 14 months ago
