In addition to my plans of furnishing one of the campus motel rooms, I am going to buy a $500 brick in about a month. It will have my name, my husband’s name, and our graduation year. Once I buy the brick, I am checking off this goal…

so I gave some money back to the University. I also donated money to my High School many years ago.
It makes you feel good.

One of the best times in my life thus far was during college. I loved it and I loved my university. I want to give back to them since they have given me so much… including paying for my entire tuition through scholarship. I need to look into their giving options. I’d love to give to a certain subset of the university, like their college radio station or the student newspaper—both of which I used all the time while I was there.
