Not only is this better for my body, it’s better for the environment and my local food sources because I can plan ahead and go to the market as opposed to picking up quick, pre-packaged food from away.
Today i fried up some zucchini and vegetarian “meatballs” and i cheated to treat myself and made some dipping sauce from a packet that is from swiss schallet. I also have baby cookies and nutella at work for my snack while on break.
Oh! and I made some green iced tea!! i’ll bring it in a mason jar to work with me! 22 months ago
