  • A night away with some good friends is planned for May.
  • I’m enjoying working in and looking at my beautiful garden.
  • Taking supplements, Ginsen and St John’s wort
  • Begun getting inspired by my work again..courses, workshops, ideas and output.

  • Meet up when possible
  • Arrange meals out
  • Spa days

Keep on top of work

  • Do things straight away
  • Ask for help
  • Delegate when appropriate
