I’ve brought home the espresso machine from the school library over the summer break with a promise to learn how to use it to make great coffee for all of us next year. I’ve only recently begun to drink coffee but there is a magic about it similar to chocolate (only the good stuff tho’) Beans are important so we are trying different ones to sort out which we like best, the other trick is in the milk texturing.
I tried what they said and already have improved 150%. Will keep practicing tho’ as the milk was not a solid mass of micro-bubbles.
Also note to self: Vittoria decafe is very weak. 2 years ago
