Rosewilder turned 42 today. This makes her a prime 43er to adopt the goal of Do 43 Things Before She Turns 43. I can only imagine the fun goals she’ll choose to try to accomplish during the coming year from staycations to bootcamps. Actually I see she’s adopted her own version of this goal, by wanting to do 43 acts of excellence. That’s even cooler than our existing goal, so I’m excited to watch her as she documents her progress. Here are my wishes for her for the coming year:

May she go to sleep earlier, and keep a journal beside her bed so she can write down her dreams before she forgets them. May she fill out the paperwork for Tadpole to get his birth certificate. And may she accept her in-laws for who they are. 17 months ago
