Just ordered a broadband connection, but it’s going to take between 7 and 10 days before it’s operational.

Everything is so bloody awkward to do in this nanny-state! We will finally have a phone line on Wednesday, after which it will be at least another 48 hours before it is broadband enabled, and after that I can apply to a broadband supplier. This will probably take a further week, or so to organize though.
Poor Roxi; she has cabin fever at the moment, as she has little contact with the outside world. By the way, she says hi to all of her friends & subscribers, and will get back to anyone who has written to her recently, just as soon as she can.
