Hi, I’ve been doing bodybuilding past few years and now I want to start start living/making money/a career but I don’t know how to. Is there anyone to help me out? cheers Tom

About three years ago, I had a strict workout regime and I loved it, but I couldn’t get my diet in line. After a couple years I gave up and quit the gym. Then I started a healthy diet but didn’t go back to the gym. At this point in my life I’m not working out at all and my diet is less than healthy! How on earth can I get the two routines synched and get back on the right track? One of my true life’s dreams has always been to become a bodybuilder….wonder if it will ever come true. I play too many mind games w/ myself, because I know it can be done physically….. (sigh)
It is now the 14th of Dec. I hope to finally join the gym on the week-end.
Well, I’m 35 this year and I’m about fed up with my gut and appearence. I have always admired bodybuilders for their dedication and will….Do I have that “will”? I’m going to start by just getting rid of some of my bad habits, like smoking pot ( which I do waaay too often) and smoking ( which is going to be really diificult, because well….I like smoking) but I’m not getting any younger so I might as well start. Anybody got any ideas on how amature should start out (diet, exercise regime etc. etc.)
I am going to start training on Monday 17th December 2007. Chest, Back and Shoulders. As it’s been a long time since i hit the gym, I am not going to punish myself too much.
I have already begun the process of getting my body into a positive nitrogen balance through intake of high protein, multi-vitamins and carbohydrates.
After Monday there will be no stopping or turning back with my training.
