The filling was replaced free, because it was the dentist’s fault. Love the fact that I am looking after myself, and that I get regular check ups and all that. Makes such a big difference, for sure. So teeth – tick. Doing well! 14 months ago

Gah, a tiny filling has fallen out – again!!!! Dammit. I have an appointment on Wednesday morning to get it fixed and sorted, so fingers crossed that it gets done.

Got my hip checked out, had my blood pressure taken (perfect), urine sample (perfect), eyes checked, dentist on Thursday for routine check up. So I’m doing okay on this, but I want to work on my fitness levels as well. 17 months ago

This goal was added because last year I felt it’s lack. I think it might be one of the most important ones. I have done quite a lot in terms of goals, and there are some really difficult ones in there, like quitting smoking.
I suppose what it means is that my other goals are great, but at the bed rock this line is true: if I’m dead, being assertive and perky is meaningless. Dramatic for effect, but proactive self-care has to be absolutely fundamental. And the way I work is to revisit these goals each week, and to see what needs doing. Having this here will be a good reminder to do lots of practical things for myself, long term and short term.
