How I did it: I jst simply turned my music down from 25-30 every night to like 21 a night. I feel the difference and my ears and head don't hurt as much. I just made a concious effort to not have it blastin. Don't get me wrong if I have an amazing song I'll blast if for like 5 mins instead of like 7 hours a night so I feel I've made enough of a change to complete this goal forever.
