This isn’t coming along. Actually I’ve gained a few pounds. But I’ve had a grueling workout schedule and been focusing (especially since mid-June) on bicycling, which includes long, slow, fat-burning workouts. Additionally, my wife says that I’m actually looking a lot more trim, and my stomach (while not remotely flat) has gained a lot of backing muscle.
If I can keep up that pace but fail at this goal, I won’t be sad. It’s in the spirit of the goal and I can tackle more toning next year. 16 months ago
