-watching the avengers at home – sooo fun!
-perfect timing to hear a meditative perspective on superheroes
-having the house to myself – i love it!
-i cooked a lot of food for the week – the curry i made is so delicious that I almost can’t stop eating it. I even made brown rice and oatmeal :)
-took a delicious afternoon nap
-remembering to renew my library books
-i had the impulse to wash my hair and i brushed it through & twisted it again – looks great and feels good
-feeling really good in my body
-my room is clean and tidy
-an awesome email from my penpal
-watched an amazing star trek episode -one in which really good things happened all around -no fights, no killing, people getting along and having satisfaction and success unfolding. To top it all off the name of the episode is “explorers” – that is one of my favorite words!

Second spa visit of the year :)

It was awesome – convenient location. Organic ingredients, chic. The treatment was invigorating & my massage at the end was AWESOME!!!!

Like how I was at the bookstore last night and having a good time in the New Age section. And as I was about to leave I was drawn to a book with a white, bright & colorful sexy cover and the title was Imagine: how creativity works by Jonah Lehrer. I was so drawn to the book and I picked it up to admire the cover. And just then I realized that the song “Imagine” by John Lennon was playing in the background!!!! Wow – it was just a magical moment. I bought the book!!!! it’s even recommended by Malcolm Gladwell who I adore. And get this – earlier this week I remember wishing I could find a book about imagination!!! I had forgotten that! The Universe is answering my ever request and desire!!!

What an amazing trip!!! My favorite things about the trip:
-Seeing my friend for the first time after 3 years and feeling like not a day has gone by!
-How well we got along :)
-The fresh crisp air!
-The beautiful lights of the hotel!
-Exploring the hotel!
-the sleeping bag training session – I absolutely love the trainer & how funny she was & how comfortable she made us feel about sleeping on a bed of ice!
-The Ice bar & the free cocktail!
-dancing in the ice bar!!!
-taking hundreds of pictures with my friend!
-Waking up early & enjoying the morning & catching a few moments in the sauna!!!
-feeling so alive & fresh when I woke up!!!
-meditating in the ice chapel~
-eating real maple syrup with snow!!!

Other awesome parts of the trip:
-seeing the Cir.que d.u. Sol.eil headquarters in Montreal!!!! (well – just the entrance & lobby)!
-speaking on the phone with my awesome new friend!!! Yippee for connection & knowing the world is full of wonderful people:):):)
-finding a fun restaurant I’d like to visit again – To.buT.err.e
-visiting the sno.w Vi.ll.age!!!
-my gorgeous flight home & seeing the Montreal & T.O. city lights in the night!

Basically you pull out a card & on it will be a fun theme of the day! For example: the chef- this card means I will do something fun to do related to food that day – whether its checking out the cookbook section or making a new fun dish, or going out for some delicious new cuisine!
I have other fun cards to choose from! the dancer, the musician, the celebrity etc…

It’s kind of like tarot – but way better!!! a maximum of two cards in one day. I won’t be doing this every day, but since I have 3 days off a week, maybe I will have fun with this a few times a week :) It brings fun adventure & sponteneity to the day :)

I’ve attached a picture of the cards I made :) I love the circular shape & the color. the name of the card & some fun suggestions are written at the back…

This will be fun! I feel so creative & awesome :)

Next up I’m making a card listing the fun things I want to do whenever I’m home. I want to feel really good in the times that I’m home. I want to look forward to being home :):):) So excited! 16 months ago

1st day of work was awesome. Seeing the regular customers again made me feel soooo good! Wishing everyone a happy new year. Wow. And this person I absolutely adore came in & it was so fun to see again. Haha. Really good. Today was payday too, which is kind of fun :) I love that my paycheck & tips were about the usual because my schedule wasn’t affected by the holiday. :)
My evening job was fun too! I got in just in time & I sat next to a fun friend. I also got a lot of really good donations & had a good . Wow :) My friend L gave me 5 hugs at work too x%x that was fun!Then I had a phone msg on my phone from S & when I god home we had a fun conversation & it felt good. I’m looking forward to our v-day adventures…wow It felt so good to talk to him.

I was born for joy! Born to thrive! Born to fly!

In this moment I am allowing myself to imagine what my ideal year looks like:

I am in perfect health. My body feels amazing. I am in excellent shape. I am enjoying fun activities with my body. I feel & look amazing!

I am financially abundant. I fly to fun places. I live in a gorgeous home of my own! I go out to eat whenever I wish & I shop at the best organic stores. I watch Cirque du S shows whenever. I go on holidays often. My bank account has several thousand CAD at any given moment. I feel good about spending money and I feel really good about the flow of money coming into my life!

I am enrolled in a 6 month chef training program at the best school in NYC. my fees are paid. S & I will be living together for those 6 months. I’m excited to start school & be in NYC again!! I’ll also be taking intensive aerial classes!!!

I live in an amazing house. S has the keys. He’s going to be moving here soon. I have lots of sunlight. Chic modern furniture! Fun midnight dinners. wow! Game nights. I cook delicious food. Organic. Best quality. Tasty, tasty, tasty.

It feels like freedom. I spend my days doing things that feel really good to me. I feel expansive. I am wealthy. I am classy. I am an expansive child of this universe.
