that I got into my last pre requisite class before I can apply for my Masters!!! I anticipated the worst case scenario of waiting for another year or two to get into this class since the schedules online said the classes were full and based on my horrendous experience trying to get into my first community class i thought i didn’t have a chance.

The only thing I have to sacrifice is my one hour of work on Wednesdays. I lose a bit of money each month, but I have a tutoring job (if I go through with it) to make up for it.

Anyway, this is one step closer and I can confidently say that this is the year for me to turn in my application :) 3 months ago

is THE year! I have two schools in mind with one deadline in September and the other in November which gives me ample time to finish the remaining prerequisite class i need, write my personal statement, and to get the transcripts together.

i just read an article from Forbes that occupational therapists are in high demand. the job popularity/demand has jumped up 11 rankings since 2011 due to the baby boomers.

i have 1 more class in february to complete and to also figure out who will write my letters of recommendation… after that… everything will be a piece of cake. 4 months ago
