How I did it: I went to about 5 monthly WMHs at the Brahma Kumaris center in Melbourne. To do this I had to say no to going for beers with friends instead, and it gave me focus on my own life.
I actually loved the calmness so much that I have often thought I'd like to go back to that room and meditate at other times too.

it’s on the 3rd Saturday of the month, ( i think) and it’s for people to send out goodness to people that need it. I will want to do it everyday after I go the first time im sure, cause sending love out to people will make me a nicer person. I hope. 17 months ago
