This October i’ll be 24 and i must admit i’m pretty much the stereotypical IT student: skinny, tall and lazy. Which is why last week I decided I should do my best and become more active, at least 5 days a week.
So far it worked perfectly until Friday. I did two sessions of exercises daily, one in the morning, one in the evening. Abs, lift-ups, push-ups, extensions, exercises for the back, for the legs, etc. + I went swimming on average 90 minutes/day.
Friday however Torchlight 2 was released (video game) and given the fact I have pre-purchased it months ago, I couldn’t resist. I had to play it and finish it. I did, but at the cost of my entire weekend. I guess now it’s time to get back on track, since the distraction went away. I hope the guilt of gaming the entire weekend will help me not do the same mistake again. 1 year ago
