How I did it: In order to bring the rain, you must visualize. Hear the wind pick up, the leaves rustling in trees, see the dark grey clouds coming towards you, and see the sunlight being replaced with gray shadows. I also recommend visualizing all this while listening to music that reminds you of the rain (enya does this for me). Now this takes energy and time, and it may take days for it to rain. Don't give up though, and it may come.
