I think maybe this is a wild goose chase. So far all I’ve found are a million different conflicting opinions on what emo is and what music is considered emo.
But I did discover that the lead singer for Death Cab For Cutie is the same lead singer for The Postal Service, and I didn’t know that before.
Really, I just want to find cool music.

this is so sad….. the majority of emo kids are all posers….. I may be emo, but I’m one of the original, I don’t go around kissing guys/girls, say I’m emo, I don’t slash my wrists(even though I’ve had depression for 8 years now…), I may write dark poetry, but it’s a way to vent….
