Elle O'ElleRah, i don't even know about the two week adjustment

because i keep going swimming and getting Chlorine in my hair. In saying that, i just used my microdermabrasion cloth on my hair and scalp last time and it got rid of any greasiness at my roots and itching that goes with that.

I had to start again because i got my haircut and they said my hair should be washed for a truer cut, which i understand. Same principle as doing a dry cut for a truer result, as it’s when they wet it that you get that “cut a bit too short” outcome we all fucking hate :| lol.

Anyhoo, it has been just over a week, AND i have had SOME Chlorine splashed onto my hair in that time. My hair seems to be fine. I think i’ve already done the hard yards with no poo, so it made the natural progression to just water, easier.

I’m going to give it another week, to make up the entire two weeks, and wash my scalp with the microdermabrasion cloth if it gets too greasy or itchy for my liking. We’ll find out one way or another.

Here we goooo…

Elle O'ElleOK, took me about a week..

but i’ve got it down, pat :)

The secret to “no soap” is using a microdermabrasion cloth like a normal wash cloth. The micro fibres in it are so tiny that they get into every nook and cranny and clean you more than your exfoliating gloves and body wash ever did. No soap, and squeeky clean :) Add some natural crystal salt deodorant and viola! :D you are now completely chemical free and clean as a whistle, toot toot! :D lol

But wait, there’s more. Some bonus side effects include:
*Baby soft skin from not being dried out from chemicals and soap.
*No more need for body moisturiser because you’re already silky smooth from no soap or chemicals.
*All that moulah you’ve saved on Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Butter, Conditioning treatments, body scrubs, exfoliating gloves, face wash, exfoliating facial scrub, etc, etc…and deodorant (crystal salt sticks literally last years).

So there you have it folks. Soap free is not only doable, i still feel as fresh as a daisy and clean as a whistle, if not more, than when i was using soap :) And soft… ohhhh, so soft :) lol.

Tune in next week when we talk about No Shampoo :) just how that 2 week adjustment period went :) 16 months ago
