Now chanting my mantra 108 times a day comes easily. No frustration. No wanting to just stop and go do something else. Matter of fact I now chant 108 times twice a day. It has become a part of my daily ritual.

Chanting is helping me focus and bring my goals to fruition!

I’m glad to say this is getting easier. Even when I find a time during the day I’m doing nothing – sitting on the bus or train – I find myself chanting my mantra. It’s great that I don’t even have to think about it as much anymore! :)

Why has this felt like such an obstacle for the past couple of days? I don’t understand. I’m feeling great right now, happy, etc.

I’ll consider this completed when it feels like second nature.

I missed one day so far this month (yesterday). I chanted twice today to “make up for it.”

Chanting my mantra (nam myoho renge kyo) is starting to become habit already. My day feels incomplete without it.
