I’m reading Kay Sheppard’s Food Addiction: The Body Knows and Food Addiction: Healing Day by Day and these seems helpful.
I’m not too excited about the abstinent food plan. No wheat, no flour, no fruits like cherries, no chocolate, no alcohol, no caffeine, no avocados, no sugar. Some of my favorite stuff. But perhaps if it is the only way to end the vicious binge cycle…
