teach my 11-yr-old son how to make bread

I may have a really good chance to do this one this week, as I’m babysitting a friend’s 10-year-old and can kill two birds with one stone by teaching them both.

Little Dude makes a wicked good pizza, BTW. He can do the whole thing, from flour and water to finished pizza.

I need to watch him do each step and make sure he is actually checked-off.
