Work has been really crazy since I got back from Peru, and my normal exercise routine has suffered. The wee hours of the morning before I get my butt in the shower is the only time I know won’t be interrupted. Even if it’s just for 30 minutes, it will get me going. I did this Thursday and Friday morning and my day was much better as a result. Yesterday I did a full hour. I’m automatically feeling sore, things aching from starting to open up, taller and like I’m having more energy. It also goes nicely with the three month cleanse I’m doing. 7 years ago
