read the last Harry Potter book

Ok… Ive decided that I will start with the Sorcerer’s Stone and work my way through all the other books for a second time.. and THEN read the last one. I’m starting tonight.. so I dont know how long it will take to get though all 7. maybe a month or two.

Just like every other book in Harry Potter series… I got my book the day it came out… I read All of the first 6 book immediately! But… Book number 7 is different for me… It has been sitting next to my bed unopened! I think that subconsciously I know that this is the last book, and there wont be anymore.. so I keep on putting it off…. because after all.. Once I finish this book.. There will be conclusions.. I wont be able to look forward to the next one.. :( Ill read it by the summer——Hopefully haha.

I finished it last weekend. Wow. It’s really over. Those books have been in my life since second (or was it third?) grade. And now it’s over! And so many died! But wow, it marks the complete end of my childhood and almost my grade school days.

Loved it! so sad to be done! maybe I’ll reread the whole series again! My daughters have read them all too- it’s fun to talk to them about it! They remember details way better than I do!

I got it on Saturday and finished it early Sunday… I couldn’t put it down! I thought it was excellent… A little too much carnage for my taste… but well… All’s well that ends well.
