Been out of practice for awhile so I decided to do some smokin. low and slow. Damn I rock. Did not take much time. I let the smoker do all the work while I threw together some side dishes. Now I am sitting at the computer smelling like hickory smoke. Yeah, I am happy 12 months ago

April 8th, the four of us will have an Easter Sunday brunch on a paddlewheel boat at Lake Mead. We did this last year, had our picture taken and it was fun. It looks like a fun traditional outing is taking hold. I invited my eldest son and he agreed to come. A little mini cruise getaway at Lake Mead. Staycations, you gotta love them. 14 months ago
