Hopefully this can and Will happen in 2 years.
... and moved to US 15 years ago. I probably won’t move back, at least not for long term. But it’s definitely an experience… Things change in Hong Kong at an incredible speed. Even when I used to go back every year to visit, every year it was a brand new city to me…

I have found within myself to embrace inner peace. To seek it. Maintain it. For so many reasons I have felt I might want to live here someday.
I used to live in Hong Kong my whole life and just moved to Sweden 5 years ago.
Finally after wanting to make my home here since the very first time that I set foot in the place (December 1990) I am here and awaiting my first work visa! It feels great!
It’s an amazing city. If you have the urge to go, go for it! It can be a hard place to live in if you like America’s comforts, especially space and quiet. But America’s comforts will still be here when you decide you can’t live without them. Meanwhile, Hong Kong is exciting, fun, raucous and hard to get outta your blood. I think about moving back. Might still yet. Meanwhile, I go all the time, just to soak up the energy.
