well I DON'T give up but... 22 months ago

... this is already on 43 places, and I need an extra space in my list (had 43 things) so it has to go!

delayed to next year 2 years ago

Was too busy at work + trying to sort my work trip to the US during the summer, so didn’t get to plan this. Which means it will have to be pushed to next year (lotsa work in October, week-ends away planned in November and… Christmas in December;-) )
Possibly March or April might be a good time to go (not Feb. anyway, as that’s when most of my family’s B-days are!)

October 2 years ago

Not giving up on this!!! Even if it means I’ll have to go for only 2 weeks or “borrow” holidays from next year… If I go in october around the bk hol I’ll need 9 days off to get 2 weeks… the June bk hol I’m doing the Flora mini marathon, and the August one is a good bit more expensive…
+ it gives me times to sort out vaccines, visas, etc.
I’m good at planning when I really want to:-)

craste is procrastenating like 2morrow will never end!!

enough holidays? 2 years ago

The problem is I mightn’t have enough days off this year to do that!!!
I know it’s only March, but I’ve already taken a few days in January to go visit my best friend in France, a few days in Feb when my sister came to visit me, and I’m gonna take a few days at the end of this month to go to Spain with my boyfriend + friends of his. Then in April I’ll need a few days again cos my friend’s meeting me in London for my birthday…
Not that I’m complaining, of course (this is great!) but I only have so many days off and it looks hard to save enough for a long-ish holiday!!! + I need to keep some for Christmas, otherwise my mum is gonna kill me!!!

My b-friend of six years is in Malaysia teaching English on a Fulbright Scholarship. He’ll be gone for 8 more months, and I really want to be able to visit him at some point. I miss him so much, and I would really love to see the country and where he is living now so that we can share this as we do everything else in our lives.
