visit lake titicaca

The lake is at the altitude of 3850 meters “12725 feet”.
It is the higher navigable lake in the world. It is a big lake which has border in Peru and Bolivia.

Visited…Puno, the floating island and Taquile island where I spended 3 nights renting a room to a local family and eating local food.

The local people living in Taquile and Amantani islands are Incas. They are still speaking quechua and have kept many of their old traditions.

When I came here I had some good food. I visited the floating islands and stayed the night. It was freezing cold! We did Kayaking and a boat ride. Very cool & unique.
