How I did it: Well it has been a while since I posted this. I was at Ryan's house this last Friday and it was Halloween. Good night for crazy stuff! When I was there I commented that I should go streaking in order to accomplish this goal. Ryan offered to go with me, but I didn't know if he would actually go through with it. (Turns out he woulda) So I went home and decided that I was going to do it. I made a number of trips driving around Troy Grove tying to plan my running route. Let me tell you..... If you ever think that a city is too dark, think about running through it naked and you realize that it is plenty well lit. There are a ton of street lights in T.G. Another big problem..... One of my neighbors who lives one block away is a State Trooper. And, he was up at this time hanging out in his house. Definitely, don't want to run past that guys house, he would run out, spear me, and tazer me! So I planned my route and went home. My route included a trip 2 blocks east on South st., 1 block north on Mechanic, 1 block west on Ottawa, 1 block south on Main, and 1 block west on South st. Total of 6 blocks accross the city. Definitely not bad for a first timer like me. Ran this thing with nothing but a stocking cap and my sneakers! It was an interesting feeling to say the least, it was 50 degrees out! Very afraid to get caught and excited also. The worst part was that I was wickedly out of breath by the time I got back to my house. Happy that I took the time to do this in the end. Lessons & tips: 1.Get better at running. Resources: Old Navy for my stocking cap, Wal-Mart for my running shoes, and my momma for birthing my hot bod!

This summer, as soon as it is getting warm out, I am definitely doing this. I am getting more into running as I get better at Parkour. My goal is to make it all the way around Troy Grove. Unfortunately for me, there is a cop that lives only 1 block from my house. Hopefully I don’t get charged for indecent exposure!

Growing up I struggled to accept my body. I was always really skinny, not the formidably endowed guy, so being comfortable with my body was an issue. As I got older, I started to realize that this was the only one I was going to have, and I had to accept it, moreso, I may as well enjoy it. No matter how many things we find wrong with our bodies, chances are there are people out there who would kill to have what we have. If they had our bodies for a day, they would live it up. To me, streaking is another indicator that I’ve accepted my body, flaws and all, and there’s nothing at all wrong with it. I just hope I can avoid the cops when I finally pull this off.

Yeah, I know it sounds bad. But I think it would be really fun to go streaking. Preferrably this summer. Difficult to find people who would want to streak with you though. Especially as a Christian. The whole boy/girl thing doesn’t work. Maybe I will have to wait untill I am married for that one.

I ran through a horse pasture with my lover, naked as naked could be. It was awesome! I felt so free.
