He’s asking $13,500. I’m going to offer $12,500. Hopefully, he’ll give it to me for $13,000. The most amazing thing of all is that I’m paying cash! It’s so great to be debt-free. I love loading Quickbooks and seeing no red font. I love, love being this independent.
