cure my eczema

Ive been reading up about tanning in relation to eczema and I’ve heard good things, because not only is the sun good for the skin but when your skin tans it builds up a resistance/grows stronger. I’ve never really had much of a tan throughout my life so I’m going to try this out, especially now that summer’s almost here. I really hope it works.

for 20 years ive been suffering from this condition, Ive had it all over my body and it never goes away. There is one word I can use to describe eczema for me, and that is ‘torturous’. Ive come to a stage in my life where i realise that unless i make some drastic changes to improve my condition, I will be stuck with eczema for the rest of my life.
