Ive lost 18 pounds since revisiting this goal for the second time on June 1, 2009, but I have not used my gym membership, nor have i established a home gym yet.
But 18 pounds? Im not mad at that.
This goal is still important to me though because fitness is important to me, and I want to establish normal workout habits. And paying for (and using) a gym membership or having a home gym encourages this behavior on my lazy days.
So im going to revisit this goal when im working on my next 15 lbs, and im going to finally invest in and get that home elliptical, among other things.

First, let me just put out there that my secret goal is:
to lose 20-30lbs this month. I know it sounds impossible but I’ll be blogging about my attempt here.
My challenge: To find a way to burn calories thru exercise without gym equipment and to be able to adequately measure the amount of calories burned and make sure that i am burning an adequate amount according to my weight loss goals.
About This Goal: Under this goal, I am to lose 15 lbs and invest in a home gym, taking me from 171 -156 lbs. So at 156, I can come back and tick this off as done (for the second time).

But officially started a weight loss plan last week- a warm up if you will.
Its now 3 and a half years from my first weight loss journey, 1 and a half year from my realization that I was beginning to put on weight again, and NOW its 3 months from the realization that i was just straight up “fat again”. Im ready to divulge my weight now, and I was right in my estimation of 10 to 15 lbs additional from the first time I had to lose weight.
Im now weighing in at…
173 pounds! (and to be honest thats still after losing a couple of pounds from my pre-diet)
Oh well, time to lose it all. thats all. Im ready, and Im over it.
I have cut food calorie intake to 700-900 per day, with multivitamin and 64oz of water, and Im trying to find a way to burn 700-1000 calories a day in exercise, now that I dont have access to a gym elliptical-(ive moved to the boonies). As much as I hated it before, Im going to have to start working out from home. I do alot of walking, but will need more that that if I want to burn 1000 cals a day in exercise without spending 5 hours a day in exercise
At this point, the total weight loss goal is 35 lbs. (which would put me at 138 lbs when this is over)
This is going to take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks or more, which means im going to have to live with extra, extra curves for half the summer at least, but hey, at least im motivated.
15 lbs will put me pretty much EXACTLY where I was when i went for this goal 3 years ago, but i’ll take it. (Im hoping to do it in 4 weeks)
A slight challenge is that this time, I have to do it without the benefit of going to a GYM. But, since I will be investing in a home gym, starting with an elliptical, that should help out a bit.
Week 1 of this revisited goal will officially start on June 1 2009

But just renewed my gym membership. I dont know how much i gained, but Im certain its much more (10-15 lbs more) than I had put on before when i had this problem 3 years ago. Now i need to lose at least 35 lbs or maybe even 40 lbs. (Im scared to get on the scale right this second, but when your panties start to get tight on you, its kinda serious)
Lets see 2 lbs a week @ 40 lbs=20 weeks. Shit thats July if I start today! But it wont be today. But i will get started on diet and light exercise this week in order to get my mind ready.
But first, Im going to concentrate, again, on this first 15 lbs.

I think I want a change in environment. Ive had Ballys for almost 10 years, and it is getting tired, though im getting a very good deal. If any body has a good hook up, let a sista know… If not, I’ll make do.

so Im still losing, even though I havent brought my fat ass to the gym. this weight loss is from diet alone, but i still feel fat because i feel bloated and have no energy. Im going to give myself a break, pick myself up, and try to get this going again with the workout part starting this Monday.

no gym, except once this month, but not being hard on myself.
ive changed my eating habits at work, which is what i guess at least stopped me from gaining weight. Right now i have low energy and a crappy appettite, but im working on that. cant wait to get my health back.

dont know how this will go. Ive only been to the gym once so far, and the weight I lost was due primarily, I believe, to this soup diet that Im on.(though yesterday I had 2 whopper jrs-DAMN THEM. I only crave them when Im dieting)
So if i dont make time for the gym, Im unlikely to reach this goal on time. Will I make it happen? Its not too late.

Thats 3 weeks, 3 days and 6 lbs.
Not a problem. This weekend Ill be in the gym.
