As I am wayy to lazy to do gym exercises like squats and other boring stuff even though they are probably what I should do,I took my love of outdoors and decided to go jogging.In the process I discovered three things;1,that I am really out of shape compared to the last time I jogged,but still not gone yet;2,I like jogging;and 3 I am really happy that I decided to let my hair grow.As insane as this sounds,the major up for me jogging was to see the shadow of my hair whipping in the wind,u know like something from the baywatch series.I am so retardedly,unashamedly vain.So on that note,I think I’ll jog tomorrow.From the lower list I had,lets see..

eating on time is something I really don’t know how to fix
sleeping on time,well i sleep on time,but I am still struggling with my before 10 thing.That’s because when I am in my boyfriends room,I don’t put the alarm on,and its sooo comfy anyways just to hold him and stay snug….
I am still not on any supplements,but that’s coz I’m short on cash.
Skin abrasions is something I am still dealing with,but i think now its got some “you don’t sleep and eat on time” factor involved in it,rather than germs,coz i clean everything I got with some kind of germ killing liquid.
I still got the flu,so my immunity ain’t all pretty,but hey,I just started taking care of it :) 15 months ago
Decided to give more meaning to this goal so that I don’t cheat out of it.
