Well I’m moving all day long in my job, walking for 8 hrs everyday really does make you little. I still eat whatever I want and all that moving just burns it all away. But when I do switch to a lower pace job I’ll have to be more careful.

Okay I didn’t start this goal when I wanted to but at least I’m being consistant w/ it now. It’s actually fairly easy to do this. I know if I just make a little time in my week I can get this done. 7 years ago

This goal caught my attention by being specific (amount and duration was specified) but not too specific. Just enough to get one into a good exercise habit.
Weeks here start on Monday, but I started with little exercising today. I was away from my dumbbells, so what I mostly did was exercises using the body weight: crumches, counter pushups, squats. 7 years ago

I go through phases where I will be so gung-ho about exercising that I want to do it everyday but in reality I probably do it just once a week. So I thought this would be a happy medium. Why for the next 6 months? Because I wanted a more measureable goal to where when I hit the 6 month mark I can reward myself and possibly move up to 4X/week. Just seemed more practical. 7 years ago
