Not happening judging from the present situation 21 months ago

There are things that are of higher priorities right now. Putting this on hold.

    • My pullup program is designed by Major Charles Lewis Armstrong, USMC (indeed his arms are strong!)

    Pullup Program

    • My crunches, well, I’m doing this.

Once I’ve reached 100, I’ll bring it down under 2 minutes.

    • The 3 miles… I’ll work on that one later.
    • I’ve also added 100 pushups to the program.

Living at a higher standard 3 years ago

My primary motivation to accomplish this thing is because the United States Marines are the most combat fit group of people I know. Their fitness is not only a lifestyle, it’s almost infused in every breath they take. When I can get to their level of fitness, I’ll know I’ve accomplished more pysically than I ever have, and I’ll have done the training to make it permanent.

    The Target 3 years ago

To max out on each event, the Marine is required to perform 20 pullups, 100 crunches in less than two minutes, and run 3 miles in under 18 minutes.

The crunches is easy. The pullups are tough. I’m going to work on the 3 miles…
