going to france for a week to visit my sister :)
she will make me gain weight during my stay because she’s a GREAT cook :O yum yum.
anyway, i need to lose this by tuesday 11th of august.
drink tons of tea, water, more veggies on plate(addicted to sweetcorn at the moment).

i badly want to lose weight i was skinny all my life but for the past year or two years i have bee gaining weight an d i want it to stop i have tried starving myself many times but it dosnt work:(

half a kilo till i am at 55. I have wanted to weigh that much since i was 13. people are actually noticiing ive lost weight too!
I went into work today and a chick i work with asked if i had lost alot of weight.
it felt freaking good.

I lost 4 kilos in the holidays. (last time i checked)
My goal has always been to be 55 kilos for the past 2 years. But now that im 1 kilo away from that, i want to lose more. Im hoping to get to around 53 or 54.
i dont know how i did it.
i hardly changed any of my eating habits,
They probably were worse in the holidays.
Oh well. The weight is gone anyway.

Ok im giving up on this one.

My weight naturally fluctuates a couple of kilos every now and then… and its really hard to monitor and loose 3 kilos when its like this.

I’ve decided im accepting the above, and im fine with my body at the moment.. Losing 3 kilos just isnt a priority for me right now

Its time to let go of this silly goal.



Stuck at 51 22 months ago

Im still stuck at 51. Seems like i cant shake any more weight off ‘easily’.. so now ill actually have to start working on it.

Iv begun eating better, but i live a very sedentary life. Some exercise would not only do me good, but also aid in the weight loss.

I also have some motivation now: im going bridesmaid dress shopping in a few weeks. I’d like to tone up for that and then eventually the wedding! =)



51kg 23 months ago

Weighed myself again today. Finding it hard to get down to that 49kg that i want to be! I’ve been stuck in a bad food rut since xmas, new years, holidays, silly season, etc etc.

Its hard to monitor this goal when i dont have a set of scales, or any other way to judge my weight loss/weight gain.

But when i went to a friends house yesterday, i weighed myself on her scales and came up at 50.5 kg. Hopefully thats real weight loss and not just scale variation from the scales i weighed myself on the last time. Lol. =)



Lose 3 kilos 23 months ago

Im putting this on my list for summer. Just want to lose my winter weight (not alot, just the 3 kilos i’ve put on over the winter).

Im so short, and of very small build, so when i gain or lose a kilo or two it is quite noticeable. -3 kilos will bring me back under 50.. and i’ll be slim but not stick-thin. I will still keep my soft curves (i don’t want to lose those! No way!).

Im hoping this one will come easily once the weather starts getting hotter. Then im more likely to eat less/eat better, drink more water, be more active, get out more – therefore loose the weight!



Pain - Weight nightmare 3 years ago

I put on a few kilos around August last year, I thought cos I spent a week in Ireland and was drinking etc. From about Oct/Nov until now, I have been going to the gym 5 times a week and I eat healthy foods, I never really eat junk. Despite this, I actually continued to put on weight!! I’m small, so a few kilos makes a difference—I’m popping out of my shirts and don’t fit my trousers anymore! And I live in a place where people are obsessed with weight and always comment. The homeless beggar outside the bakery here – whenever she sees me now tells me in Lao how fat I am and makes an oompa loompa type movement. So anyway. I reached an all time low last week when I decided to live on rice and vegetables and fruit only for a week. And realised all I had actually cut out was coffee, tofu, bread, muesli and yoghurt. So yes it occurred to me that this is all weird, and that actually the additional weight happened at the same time as I started this old school medicine to stop my chronic neck pain and headaches. So I looked on the web AND it says that this drug is linked to weight gain. I emailed my doctor. He said the added weight is “almost certainly” due to the drug. GREAT. So. I’ve gone off the medicine and am still hitting the gym, so we will see. My neck hurts. I’m going to do some yoga. Not sure of what the long term plan is to manage my weight and neck.
