move things with my mind

i wanna do this like its really cool

i know that the human mind is not put to its fullist and the power that liys within us is just sitting tther, i know there is more then meets the eye with us humans and i want to know how to use it

i want to be able to move things with my mind! ive started with a piece of paper but still no progress or movement. I totally belive that this is possible. Maybe im not concentrating enough or something, but ijm still practicing!

Anyone can claim they are time travelers. But if you select a word for your self and someone else to use. And ONLY use it if you time travel so you know it is truly them….
Example:Lets say I know someone named Michelle, and we vowed NOT to tell anyone our secret time travel word to anyone buy us.
Lets say the word is left handed purple bricks. Michelle would time travel, then come visit me in the future. She would say left handed purple bricks. I would know for shure it is her, because we never told anyone else the word.

Telekenisis is cool. I could nurse my boy, and reach across the room mentally and get my water that I forgot to grab before I started feeding him. Or if someone leaves the TV on a stupid channel I can change it and not have to watch people eating pig anuses on Fear Factor. ew
