Go on retreat to a Zen monastery

The last thing I need to do right now is retreat.

this is looking more and more appealing

Some stuff has come up meaning I cannot afford it financially and that I do not want to leave home right now too often. :(

However it will stay here until i can go.

now i’ve just got to justify the money to myself! lol Will send it Monday if I can bear to part with it!

and they are running a meditation retreat weekend in February. I plan to check availability and book as soon as I can get my printer working and print out the booking form!!

Doing well with my goals just now. It must be that new year feeling!

but maybe that introduction to meditation retreat that I saw in the magazine is what I need? I guess it is the next best thing.

I stayed for a time in a monastery in Kyoto. It was an experience I’ll forever charish, however, the rising at 4 AM and the macrobiotic diet started to take its toll after a while.

who sent me an email today with details of a possible retreat location.

At least for right now. I will in the future, but for now, I like minimalism and am sticking with that. Good luck to all of you who are still wanting this.
