I need to clear my mind of all the junk and useless information. I just need to start focusing on the most important things that I truly need to know. I need to also start training my body hard again, like I used to. I was in such good shape and top physical condition, but now I haven’t been taken care of my body as much as before.
I’m hoping to train my mind and body and for this i’m starting mindfulness meditation and swimming as so far all my researched has revealed that both yeald real results. I’m going to drop these into my organisation system so i know were im heading with them!
