About a year ago, I began walking regularly….for mental therapy, and it was wonderfully helpful !! As I continued, I realized that I was also losing some unwanted weight…..BONUS !!!
To date, I have lost ( and kept off ) about 30 pounds, and walking has become a daily highlight for me !
For any “impatient dieters” reading this ( hahaha ) I am NOT timing my weight-loss….........”just for today”, I have acheived a much , much healthier lifestyle !! I have many miles to walk before I lose the few other pounds I am sure, but I embrace it now….it has become a challenge to me…......one I intend to conquer…...if it takes me the rest of my life…..lol
It’s the “long run ” one must look ahead to ! Personally, I have found the “magical” fix for both body and soul !
