I’m going to try following directions.
DIRECTIONS:
Pour 8oz. of freshly boiled water over tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink 3 to 4 cups daily between meals.
It’s the 3-4 times daily, that’s hard for me to get a handle on.
I’ll let you know if I notice a difference in my menstrual cycle. 13 months ago
