move out with a friend

On one hand, it was worth it because I got out of my parents house and had room to breathe and grow; but on the other, my roomie was a slob who left all of the cleaning for me. He never once washed a dish, cleaned up after himself, helped with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.,... >:-(

I want to move out with not only a friend but two at the most then the rent will be a little lower and we will have a place to hang out with out being nagged all the time you know… I still live at home and everything…
