I exercise with friends! That’s what seems to work for all of us. We all joined a cheap gym we like and we’ve been keeping at it for a few months.
LAST WEEK – 3 X a week!
Monday – nothing
Tuesday – Yoga
Wednesday – nothing
Thursday – Yoga
Friday – Gladiator event
Saturday – Nothing
THIS WEEK
Sunday – Hare Krishna-Rama Temple
Monday – nothing
Tuesday – Yoga

Goal – 5X a week!
I never cared to do this until I started reading this new study internet thing…
And after doing yoga and feeling how good my body feels now, I really want to excercise more.
Now, I am doing yoga 2 times a week.
I would like to start excercising every other day.
So on saturday, I’d like to life some weights and maybe go swimming. I’ve also got some Pilate DVDS
I have been meaning to start excercising more for weeks now, but I have always made excuses. I really don’t have any more excuses!

Just got a pass to the gym that is close to my house and tonight will be night two at the gym and I am also going to try to use my bike at home.
I want to lose weight with a fiery passion. So im going to start excercising more. Im hoping that my own motivation will be enough. If not, flajdsklgjekl i have no clue.
Anyone have any good starting excercises for the winter?
&+ i like jogging, but dont usually do that i nthe winter, how is it?
