pack all of our holiday decorations properly

I am going to put this on hold until it is time to pull everything out this Fall. It is too big of a mess right now and I have too many other things to do.

I can’t believe I am going back to a house that is full of Christmas decorations…it seems so depressing so I think this will be high on my list of priorities—to put these up. The problem is the woman who had been working for us and putting up the decorations every year had her own particular system that I never understood. that was infuriating if I ever wanted to do something myself so I am going to pack and label everything so there is one system and teach the next person the way I want it done.

again—I can’t do anything about this for the next few months so I am going to put this on the back burner until I can pick it back up.

Since we have to stay in NY for so much longer than we anticipated it is going to be weird to go back to Texas and see so many holiday decorations still up and everywhere…the good news is that the farther away we are from Christmas the more fun it is to play with and pack them when I get back.

Our decorations are a disaster. Someone who worked for us has been packing them for the last several years and every year I swear I am going to pack them myself—also, all the stuff we are not using right now is mixed in with crap that should have been thrown away(or given away)years ago.I am having a hard time getting started but know that it has to be done
