Stepped on the scale, can see it going down quite sharply again, which is great. I’ve been entering the weights on my GCalendar, so it’s quite nice to see patterns and have a quick check on what’s happening. I like this a lot, it’s removing any anxiety or doubt, but it’s also very quick and matter of fact. Would recommend it. 2 years ago

Have done the morning weigh-in – it’s interesting to see that it being the TOTM has made the scales go up 2 lbs. Because I am bloated/retaining water, and I actually like monitoring the daily changes. I feel it’s putting me in touch with what’s going on with my body. 2 years ago

Done the weigh-in – it’s very prosaic and pragmatic in the week, just get on, take the first result and write it down, no angst. The Sunday weigh-ins are much more ceremonial! 2 years ago
