is working. The idea was to make my life easier, so I wouldn’t have to think when to do something in addition to what to do. Turns out life is full of surprises. Or maybe I just like to spice it up. Variety is the spice of life, you know? Then again, maybe I don’t read my planner carefully enough. I mean, I always keep appointments with other people, I have my morning and evening routines so things go more smoothly and my son has the stability children need (and then I’m able to make almost a party of any exception), and I recently got into the habit of highlighting the really important things to do on a given day. As long as I do them, does it really matter exactly when? I’m still separating morning, afternoon and evening activities, and maybe that’s enough. Still I feel if I could master the art of scheduling my productivity would increase, so I’m giving this one more month. Then it will either be considered done or given up.

Even if I have my priorities straight, a lot of things seem to fall through the cracks if they are not scheduled. I’m not “balanced” enough to just keep a to-do list. Either I work too much on an item and forget the rest, or I go about the everyday routines and forget the important things. So, as much as I hate it… schedule things!!!
