I’m contemplating giving this up. I’m not making much effort at the moment to get up before midday. Need some motivation to do so, which is seriously lacking at the moment. But something will no doubt give me the motivation, just struggling to see what that could be. 9 months ago
I’ve struggled with this goal, mainly the updating my times here. So from next weekend i’m going to start this again. 10 months ago
A bit of consistency this week. I was up and dressed at 11am.

I was much better this week compared to last.
Today I was up and dressed by 11am. I’m hoping I can make it earlier tomorrow but I’m not holding out much hope as I’ll be out late tonight. We’ll see how tomorrow goes. 12 months ago

Compared to last Saturday I did slightly better today. But only slightly. Really must try and improve on this as compared to the first week, I’ve done really badly.

I’ve written today off. I’m not feeling well and all I wanna do is sleep after having very little last night. I’m hoping this is just a 24 hour thing. 12 months ago
Struggled today, just wanted to stay in bed all day. Was finally washed and dressed by 11.48am. Shall try harder tomorrow. 12 months ago
Only just made it today. Was up and dressed at 11.59am.
Sundays are gonna be a struggle because I like to have a long lie in. Hopefully next week I should do better. 13 months ago
Made a good start on this. Today I was up and dressed by 9.30am. Helped by the fact that I got an early night last night so I was awake at 7am.

On the weekend I always find myself staying in bed watching TV till at least midday. When that happens, it always makes me feel like I’ve wasted most of the day.
So I’ve added this as a goal to get myself up, out of bed and dressed by midday. I shall record my progress here. 13 months ago
