I have been doing this for a few weeks, but not counting last week. I hurt my back last Monday, so I took a week break. It hurt too much to move. So far though, it has been making me feel GREAT!!
I have a very simple routine for strengthening my arms and shoulders. I’ve been doing it three times per week since the start of the month.
I did a strength training routine three times this past week. It was a very simple routine to strengthen my arms and shoulders. It didn’t take long, but it did trigger endorphins. I’ve set a goal to review every week whether I am doing this.
